Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Large wellness equipment (saunas, cold plunges, etc.) may take 5–15 business days depending on supplier lead times.
Tracking: All orders receive tracking updates via email.
Freight Deliveries: Some items may ship by freight. The delivery team will contact you to schedule a drop-off time.
