Wellness Care Should Feel Personal.

Your health is shaped by more than a number on a scale, a single laboratory result, or one symptom viewed in isolation.

MEYA was created around a simple belief: people deserve a clearer, more personal way to explore wellness, metabolic health, hormone care, peptide therapy, and healthy aging—with qualified clinical guidance behind every medical decision.

  • Personal Before Prescriptive

We do not believe in asking people to select a medication or protocol without appropriate clinical guidance.

Through Altro Health, independent licensed healthcare providers evaluate your health history, current medications, symptoms, goals, and laboratory results when appropriate before determining whether treatment is medically suitable.

  • Clear Instead of Complicated

Wellness care can feel fragmented, confusing, and difficult to navigate. MEYA brings multiple areas of care into one approachable experience, with transparent program pricing and no separate provider consultation fees.

  • Progress Built Around You

There is no universal definition of feeling well. Your goals may involve metabolic health, hormonal balance, recovery, energy, healthy aging, or simply understanding your body more clearly.

Your care plan should reflect your individual needs—not a trend, template, or one-size-fits-all protocol.

Why I Created MEYA

My own experience navigating a traumatic brain injury, brain surgery, recovery, and a complicated healthcare system changed the way I thought about wellness — and about what it really means to feel informed and supported in your own care.

At the same time, I was watching treatments like GLP-1s, hormone therapy, peptides, and longevity protocols become increasingly accessible. But access wasn't always accompanied by education or appropriate medical oversight. Too often, people were navigating complex treatments on their own — following advice online, injecting without fully understanding what they were taking, or pursuing protocols without the clinical guidance and monitoring that should come with them.

I created MEYA because I believed access and oversight should exist together.

MEYA bridges the gap between modern wellness and qualified medical care, making physician-guided treatment more accessible while giving people the education and information they need to participate confidently in their own health decisions.

Through our clinical partnership, patients can connect with licensed medical providers with extensive training and credentials across areas including obesity medicine, hormone health, metabolic health, and longevity. From medical evaluation and treatment decisions to prescription management and pharmacy fulfillment, clinical care remains where it belongs: with qualified healthcare professionals.

MEYA brings that clinical infrastructure into a modern wellness experience that feels approachable, transparent, and easier to navigate.

I didn't create MEYA to tell people what they should take.

I created it so that when someone is exploring a GLP-1, hormone therapy, peptides, or another longevity treatment, they don't have to figure it out alone.

Better access. Better education. Qualified medical oversight.

That's what I believe modern wellness should look like.

Start With Your Goals.

You do not need to know which medication, treatment, or protocol you need before beginning.

MEYA helps you explore available areas of care and begin the process through Altro Health’s secure clinical platform. From there, an independent licensed healthcare provider reviews your health history, current medications, goals, and laboratory results when appropriate.

Medical evaluations, eligibility decisions, prescribing, clinical follow-up, and patient-specific treatment are handled entirely by your independent provider. This ensures that medical decisions remain where they belong: between you and a licensed healthcare professional.

Start by sharing what you are experiencing and what you hope to improve. Your provider can then determine what—if any—treatment options may be medically appropriate for you.
