Depending on your medical history, treatment goals, and the program requested, your evaluation may be completed through the secure platform or may require additional health information, laboratory testing, secure messaging, or a live telehealth consultation before treatment decisions are made.

This information helps your licensed healthcare provider evaluate your health and determine whether treatment may be medically appropriate.

Step 2

Clinical Evaluation by a Licensed Healthcare Provider

Your health information is reviewed by an independent licensed healthcare provider through our trusted clinical partner.

Depending on your medical history, the treatment requested, and applicable clinical guidelines, your provider may:

• Review your secure intake
• Request additional health information
• Review recent laboratory results
• Order new laboratory testing
• Communicate with you through secure messaging
• Recommend a live telehealth consultation, when clinically appropriate

Every treatment recommendation is individualized and based on your medical history, current health status, and the independent clinical judgment of your licensed healthcare provider—not a standardized protocol.

Already Receiving Treatment?

Already taking a prescribed medication?

If you're currently receiving treatment from another licensed healthcare provider, you may upload a clear photo of your current prescription label or prescription documentation during your intake.

When clinically appropriate, your reviewing provider may continue your current medication or dosage rather than restarting a standard titration schedule. Continuation of therapy is determined solely by your provider's independent medical judgment after reviewing your health information and supporting documentation.

Recent laboratory results? You can also securely upload qualifying blood work for your provider to review, which may help reduce the need for repeat testing.

Step 3

Laboratory Testing (When Clinically Appropriate)

Not every treatment program requires laboratory testing before treatment begins.

When laboratory testing is recommended, your provider can order testing through trusted national laboratories, including Labcorp® and Quest Diagnostics®, allowing you to visit a convenient location near you.

If you already have recent qualifying laboratory results, you may securely upload them during your intake. When clinically appropriate, your provider can review existing laboratory results, which may help avoid unnecessary repeat testing.

Step 4

Receive Your Personalized Care Plan

If treatment is determined to be medically appropriate, your provider will develop a personalized care plan based on your individual health needs and goals.

When medication is prescribed, it is dispensed through licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies or FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities and shipped directly to your home, where permitted by law.

Our pharmacy partners operate under applicable federal and state regulatory requirements and perform quality testing for identity, potency, and sterility.

Ongoing Clinical Support

Depending on your program and clinical needs, your care may include:
