Your Care Journey

  • 1. Choose Your Area of Care

    Begin with the category that most closely reflects your goals, such as weight management, hormone health, peptide therapy, laboratory testing, or longevity support.

    You do not need to select a specific medication or know exactly which treatment you need.

  • 2. Complete Your Secure Health Assessment

    You’ll continue to Altro Health’s secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to provide your medical history, current medications, symptoms, health concerns, and treatment goals.

    Depending on the area of care, you may also be asked to provide recent laboratory results or prescription documentation.

  • 3. Receive an Independent Clinical Evaluation

    An independent licensed healthcare provider will review your information and determine whether additional information, laboratory testing, secure messaging, or a live consultation is required.

    Your provider—not MEYA—determines whether treatment is medically appropriate and which options may be suitable for you.

  • 4. Begin Your Personalized Care Plan

    If treatment is approved, your provider will develop a personalized care plan and coordinate any applicable prescription fulfillment through a licensed U.S. pharmacy partner.

    Your program may include required follow-up care, ongoing clinical oversight, secure provider messaging, and medication fulfillment when included in the selected program.

  • Laboratory Testing and Existing Prescriptions

    Laboratory testing may be required before certain treatments can be prescribed. When appropriate, your provider may order testing through Labcorp® or Quest Diagnostics®.

    If you already have recent laboratory results, you may upload them securely for your provider to review. When clinically appropriate, this may help prevent unnecessary repeat testing.

    If you are already using a prescribed medication, you may also upload a clear photograph of your prescription label or supporting documentation during intake. Your provider may be able to continue your current medication or dosage, but continuation is not guaranteed.

  • What Your Program May Include

    Depending on the selected program and your provider’s recommendations, your care may include:

    • Evaluation by an independent licensed healthcare provider
    • Personalized treatment recommendations when medically appropriate
    • Required follow-up care
    • Ongoing clinical oversight
    • Secure provider messaging
    • Prescription coordination
    • Standard medication fulfillment and shipping when included
    • Transparent program pricing
    • No separate provider consultation fees

    Laboratory testing, optional add-ons, dosage changes, and services not specifically included in the advertised program price may be billed separately.
