When you choose to begin a medical evaluation or purchase products or services through our trusted clinical partner, you will be directed to the Altro Health platform, which is governed by its own terms and policies.By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or clicking through to our physician-oversight portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ## 1. What Meya Wellness Is — and Isn't
MEYA Wellness & Longevity is a wellness brand that provides educational information about wellness services and connects individuals with licensed healthcare providers through our trusted clinical partner, Altro Health.MEYA is not a medical practice, healthcare provider, pharmacy, or laboratory. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, order laboratory testing, or dispense prescription products. Medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, prescriptions, laboratory services, and pharmacy fulfillment are provided solely by licensed healthcare providers and third-party service providers through Altro Health.
Any medical services you receive are governed by the applicable agreements, policies, and notices presented through the Altro Health platform.
The services Meya Wellness itself provides to you (education, brand experience, customer support, and general wellness content) are non-clinical in nature and do not constitute, and should not be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical questions, symptoms, or health concerns, please seek guidance from a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.
All clinical evaluation, prescribing, physician oversight, laboratory/blood panel testing, and dispensing of prescription products is handled exclusively through the platform operated by Altro Health, Inc. ("Altro Health"), a third-party telehealth and pharmacy-facilitation company, accessible via the Altro Health dashboard linked from this Site (the "Partner-Branded Platform"). Meya Wellness is a wellness partner of Altro Health, not an owner, operator, or employee of Altro Health, and Altro Health does not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee Meya Wellness's business, products, or content beyond the limited services described in this Section. When you proceed past product information on this Site, you will be directed to the Altro Health dashboard, where your use will be governed by Altro Health's End User Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and HIPAA Authorization. Meya Wellness does not control, and is not responsible for, the clinical decisions, prescribing determinations, lab testing, dispensing, shipping, or customer service provided by Altro Health, its affiliated physicians, laboratories, or pharmacies (each a "Third-Party Provider").
**No purchase of any prescription product is guaranteed.** All such products are subject to independent clinical review and approval by a licensed physician through Altro Health, which may include a blood panel or other lab work as part of the evaluation process. Meya Wellness does not practice medicine, order or interpret lab work, diagnose conditions, or guarantee that any physician will prescribe any product to you.
**Compounded medications.** Certain products offered through Altro Health are compounded medications prepared by outsourcing facilities or pharmacies registered under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Compounded medications are **not** approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, efficacy, or quality in the same manner as FDA-approved drugs. Compounding pharmacies prepare these medications based on a licensed practitioner's prescription, and formulations, dosing, and availability may vary. You should discuss the risks and benefits of any compounded medication with your prescribing physician through Altro Health before use.
