It does not cover information you provide to Altro Health, Inc. ("Altro Health") through the Meya Wellness portal hosted at [altroapp.com/meya] (the "Portal") — that information is governed by Altro Health's own Privacy Policy and HIPAA Authorization, which we encourage you to review before submitting any health information.

## 1. Important: This Site Does Not Collect Health Information
The Site is an informational storefront only. **We do not collect, store, receive, or have access to any protected health information ("PHI"), medical history, intake responses, lab results, or prescription information.** All such information is submitted directly to Altro Health and its affiliated physicians, laboratories, and pharmacies through the Portal, not through this Site. If you have questions about how your health information is handled, please refer to Altro Health's Privacy Policy and HIPAA Authorization, accessible on the Portal.

## 2. Information We Collect
Through the Site, we may collect the following limited categories of information:
- **Contact information you provide directly**, such as your name and email address, if you sign up for our newsletter, submit a contact form, or otherwise reach out to us.

We do not collect payment card information on this Site. If you proceed to purchase a product, payment is handled entirely on the Portal by Altro Health and its payment processor.
